What is a short course?
Short courses are programs of continuing training (parallel or posterior to undergraduate and postgraduate training) of one month of duration, focused on the training by disciplines, field experience, multidisciplinary integration and they are adapted to international audiences.
Once the course is successfully completed, a certificate is granted by the National University of Cuyo
These short courses are designed by the different faculties of the National University of Cuyo and their teaching staff. These courses can include different faculties and areas of knowledge in one single training.
Likewise, short courses can be tailor made upon request from a particular group.
What are their goals?
These courses look for training people interested in developing concrete practical competences in different disciplines, far from the traditional environments of undergraduate and postgraduate training, and, from the beginning, are designed for international audiences.
The format of these courses allows the learning in competences and skills and in periods no longer than 4 weeks.
Who is it for?
International short courses aim the audience who wishes to fulfill short stays of continuing training in specific topics.
Each course establishes the minimum requirements that the candidates must comply with in order to enroll.
Although they are courses oriented to foreign audiences, the local public is able to enroll as long as the requested minimum requirements are complied with.
How long do they last?
Our short courses have a minimum duration of 1 week and a maximum extension of 1 month and are face-to-face delivered at the National University of Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. On the month of January, courses are not delivered.
What do the include?
According to the requested course and academic training, courses include: transfers, meals, trips and fields visits with all the logistic and the corresponding accompaniment.
