El proyecto aborda el estudio de la cultura jurisdiccional y estamental del periodo colonial (Antiguo Régimen ) evitando aplicar a las instituciones de esta época las categorías del orden liberal. Asimismo, se atiende al proceso de transformación que tuvo lugar entre finales del siglo XVIII y gran parte del siglo XIX, es decir, el paso de la cultura juridiccional y de una sociedad corporativa a la creación de un orden social y estatal según los postulados del liberalismo, algo que se fue concretando a partir de la segunda mitad del siglo XIX. A través del análisis de diversas instituciones, prácticas y concepciones jurídicas, políticas y sociales, se busca abordar las soluciones específicas que se forjaron en cada etapa, en distintos espacios del actual territorio argentino, atendiendo a los cambios y continuidades. Esto permitirá conocer las particularidades que se presentaron en los distintos momentos del período a estudiar.Se utilizarán fuentes documentales de distintos repositorios de Argentina y del extranjero.

The purpose of this project is to study the jurisdictional and estates culture of the colonial period (Ancien Régime), avoiding to apply the categories of the liberal order to the institutions of this period. It is also addressed the transformation process that took place between the end of the 18th century and most of the 19th century: the transition from a jurisdictional culture and a corporative society to the creation of a social and state order according to the postulates of liberalism, which began to settle on in the second half of the 19th century. Furthermore, through the analysis of different institutions, practices and legal, political, and social conceptions, it is dealt with the specific solutions that were forged at each stage in different areas of the current Argentine territory, taking into account the changes and continuities. This will permit to know the particularities that arose in the different moments of the period studied.The project will include documentary sources from different repositories in Argentina and abroad.

Los estudios sobre DJM se han centrado mayor o exclusivamente en los mundos masculinos que pueblan sus tratados y obras de ficción, invisibilizando con frecuencia el peso que tuvo el mundo femenino en la construcción de su personalidad y subjetividad, en sus acciones políticas y vinculares y en la creación de sus mundos de ficción. En este ámbito, el presente proyecto pretende indagar las formas en las que las mujeres textualizan el mundo de y en DJM, específicamente las que aparecen en el CL, y que fundamentan el sistema de género que maneja el autor castellano. Nuestro propósito es analizar el universo femenino en sus famosos enxiemplos y elaborar una tipología femenina mediante la cual las mujeres se crean a sí mismas y crean el mundo de DJM desde la mirada femenina. Esta investigación pretende demostrar que las mujeres, presentes en su obra literaria, construyeron por si mismas una genealogía femenina que fluye y anticipa en el CL en un mundo de cambios canalizados posteriormente en la querella de las mujeres.

Studies on DJM have focused more or exclusively on the masculine worlds that populate his treatises and works of fiction, frequently making invisible the weight that the feminine world had in the construction of his personality and subjectivity, in his political and relational actions and in creating their fictional worlds. In this area, this project aims to investigate the ways in which women textualize the world of and in DJM, specifically those that appear in the CL, and that support the gender system handled by the Castilian author. Our purpose is to analyze the female universe in its famous examples and develop a female typology through which women create themselves and create the world of DJM from the female perspective. This research aims to demonstrate that women, present in their literary work, built for themselves a female genealogy that flows and anticipates in the CL in a world of changes channeled later in the women's quarrel.

La novela El asno de oro es un texto literario de suma importancia para la tradición posterior, en tanto los juegos narrativos que plantea el autor sirven de punto de partida para obras no solo medievales, renacentistas y barrocos, sino que adelanta aspectos estructurales de la novela contemporánea, como es la organización de la materia narrativa en tramas múltiples. Si bien desde la segunda mitad del siglo XX la crítica literaria abocada a la antigüedad empezó a interesarse por esta obra tan particular, y existen actualmente traducciones españolas en las ediciones de Gredos (2008), Alianza (2013) y Winograd (2016), no hay en español una edición bilingüe con un sólido aparato crítico de la obra completa. Como se evidencia, se hace necesario una edición bilingüe anotada, que permita al lector de hoy conocer en profundidad los juegos literarios de un escritor que ya en el siglo II d. C estructura su obra con tramas múltiples. En este proyecto emplearemos los insumos y conocimientos adquiridos en nuestro proyecto anterior, con el fin de que la edición resultante aporte a las ya existentes una mirada desde la retórica clásica y la neorretórica. Pretendemos, por lo tanto, no solo continuar formando a nuestro equipo en las exigencias que reviste una traducción bilingüe, en tanto requiere aprehender cabalmente los diversos significados del texto y reconocer las interpretaciones genuinas del mismo (y no traducir los giros idiomáticos propio de traducciones anteriores), sino también ofrecer al medio académico una edición completa de una obra capital para el estudio del género narrativo. Como ya hemos mencionado en el plan del proyecto anterior, debido a la envergadura de esta investigación, la totalidad de la novela de Apuleyo (once libros en total) será abarcada en tres proyectos consecutivos. Por lo que, en esta segunda entrega nos proponemos editar un tomo que abarque desde el tercer al sexto libro. Los cinco libros restantes se reservarán para la convocatoria siguiente.

The novel The golden ass is a literary text of great importance for the later tradition, while the narrative games that the author poses serve as a starting point for works not only medieval and Renaissance, but advances structural aspects of the contemporary novel, how is the organization of the narrative material in multiple plots. Although since the second half of the twentieth century literary criticism devoted to antiquity became interested in this particular work, and there are currently Spanish translations in the editions of Gredos (2008), Alianza (2013) and Winograd (2016), there is in Spanish a bilingual edition with a solid critical apparatus of the complete work. As evidenced, it is necessary an annotated bilingual edition, which allows the reader today to know in depth the literary games of a writer that already in the second century AD. C structures his work with multiple plots. In this project we would use the inputs and knowledge acquired in our previous project, in order that the resulting edition will contribute to the already existing ones a view from classical rhetoric and neo-rhetoric.We intend, therefore, not only continue to train our team in the demands of a bilingual translation, but also to fully understand the different meanings of the text and to recognize the genuine interpretations of it (and not to translate the idioms of previous translations), but also offer the academic environment a complete edition of a work of capital for the study of the narrative genre. As we have already mentioned in the previous project plan, due to the scope of this research, Apuleius' entire novel (eleven books in total) will be covered in three consecutive projects. Therefore, in this second installment we intend to edit a volume that covers from the third to the sixth book. The remaining five books will be reserved for the next call.

En los últimos años se advierte un fenómeno de acceso a la información pública por parte de los ciudadanos conocido como open data o datos abiertos. Estos datos son esenciales para mejorar la confianza de los ciudadanos en sus estados y hacerles partícipes de la acción pública. Los gobiernos deben asegurar la confiabilidad de los datos que generan y propiciar espacios de colaboración en los cuales se produzca la generación de valor público, garantizando la confidencialidad de datos personales.La implementación de un Gobierno Digital Abierto (GDA) está necesariamente acompañado de la premisa del acceso a la información como derecho para la participación ciudadana y sustentado en un marco legal internacional, nacional y local.En la Provincia de Mendoza la Ley 9.070/18 reglamenta el Acceso a la Información Pública. Esta norma tiene como ámbito de aplicación a los Poderes Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial, Ministerio Público de la Defensa y Ministerio Público Fiscal, Fiscalía de Estado, Tribunal de Cuentas, Departamento General de Irrigación, Prestatarios o concesionarios de servicios públicos o que exploten un dominio público. Los Municipios son invitados a adherir a dicha Ley, situación que tiene un paulatino y dispar acatamiento.Desde este proyecto se busca contribuir al conocimiento de los pilares que permiten la transformación digital de un gobierno, las características y beneficios de un GDA y el grado de implementación del GDA en las instituciones y organismos provinciales y municipales con competencia para la gestión del territorio.

In recent years, a phenomenon of access to public information by citizens known as "open data" has been noticed. These data are essential to improve citizens' confidence in their states and engage them in public action.Governments must ensure the reliability of the data they generate and foster collaboration spaces in which the generation of public value occurs, guaranteeing the confidentiality of personal data.The implementation of an Open Digital Government (ODG) is necessarily accompanied by the premise of access to information as a right for citizen participation and supported by an international, national and local legal framework.In the Province of Mendoza, Law 9,070/18 regulates Access to Public Information. This norm has as scope of application the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Powers, Public Ministry of Defense and Public Prosecutor's Office, State Attorney's Office, Court of Auditors, General Department of Irrigation, Borrowers or concessionaires of public services or that exploit a public domain. The Municipalities are invited to adhere to said Law, a situation that has a gradual and disparate compliance.This project seeks to contribute to the knowledge of the pillars that allow the digital transformation of a government, the characteristics and benefits of a GDA and the degree of implementation of the ODG in the provincial and municipal institutions and organizations with competence for the management of the territory.

Las ciudades son lugares que atraen a la población, inversiones, actividades, llevando a la expansión del espacio urbano, esto ocasiona la persistencia de problemas pasados y además emergen nuevos retos. Estos espacios crecen con una marcada tendencia a la dispersión y a la periurbanización siendo su principal característica la baja densidad.La Provincia de Mendoza no es ajena a esta realidad. La expansión urbana del AMM se da en forma dispersa, verificándose la tendencia de un modelo de expansión de baja densidad. El proceso de expansión centrífugo es operado por varios actores: los privados individualmente, desarrolladores inmobiliarios y el Estado, bajo distintas tipologías de asentamientos residenciales. Uno de los problemas urbanos más abordado desde diferentes perspectivas y disciplinas en América latina es la expansión urbana asociada con el crecimiento de barrios privados o urbanizaciones cerradas. En relación a esta problemática, el equipo de Investigación, durante el periodo 2013-2015, participó del Proyecto ?Evaluación de las condiciones urbanas de áreas de expansión. Caso de estudio: Área Metropolitana de Mendoza, Argentina?, arribando a la conclusión de la necesidad de instrumentos de regulación y control actualizados, con una planificación a largo plazo, y una fuerte presencia municipal para que se comprometan en la construcción y aplicación de instrumentos de gestión urbana innovadores ante la realidad que se presenta.El presente proyecto propone entonces continuar en esta línea de investigación poniendo el acento en la identificación del impacto de los conjuntos inmobiliarios de tipo residencial en las mismas áreas de estudio. El objetivo es generar aportes al proceso de Ordenamiento Territorial de la provincia de Mendoza a través de la definición de lineamientos generales para la inserción y diseño de conjuntos inmobiliarios (de tipo residencial), en consonancia con las pautas definidas en el PPOT (Ley N°8.999) y en el nuevo Código Civil.

Cities experience a constant expansion as they constantly attract population, activities, investment. This causes the persistence of past problems but also new challenges appear. The trends towards urban expansion lead to peri-urbanization, low density and highly dispersed territories. In Mendoza Province the same growth pattern is recognized. The urban expansion in the Metropolitan Area (AMM) shows a sprawl trend characterized by low density. The process of urban dispersion is promoted by different actors: privates, real estate developers and the State under different types of residential settlements.One of the most addressed urban problems from different perspectives and disciplines in Latin America is urban sprawl associated with the growth of private neighborhoods or gated communities. In this research line, this investigation group developed the project ?Evaluation of urban condition in expansion areas. Case of study: Metropolitan Area of Mendoza? during the period 2013 to 2015. The main findings of this research led to the need of policy instruments designed to regulate, control and manage urban growth with a long term perspective and encourage the municipalities to involve in the design of innovative instruments and their application.This project continues in the same research line putting the emphasis on the identification of real state (residential type) impacts in the same study areas. The aim of this investigation is to contribute to the process of Territorial Planning in Mendoza Province through the definition of general guidelines for real estate design and adaptation to the immediate surroundings, according to law N°8 999: Provincial Plan of Territorial Planning and the new Civil Code.

Las representaciones son fenómenos múltiples y complejos y que pueden ser estudiados a varios niveles de complejidad: individuales y colectivos, psicológicos y sociales, etc. El concepto de representación social aparece en sociología y luego es retomado por la psicología social. "No hay práctica ni estructura que no sea producida por las representaciones, contradictorias y enfrentadas, por las cuales los individuos y los grupos dan sentido al mundo que le es propio" (Chartier, Roger (2005). Este conocimiento se constituye a partir de nuestras experiencias, pero también de las informaciones, conocimientos y modelos de pensamiento que recibimos y transmitimos a través de la tradición, la educación y la comunicación social. De este modo es también un conocimiento socialmente elaborado y compartido. Esta proposición está impregnada de ciertos discursos que se proponen como objeto de investigación desde la literatura, considerada un modo de expresión de la sociedad. A partir de los significantes que aparecen en los textos se van tejiendo - de manera continua y fragmentada - las representaciones colectivas que constituyen elementos constitutivos de su identidad. La noción de representación se vuelve así un instrumento clave del análisis cultural. En cuanto al tema de la ciudad, la estructuración urbana reposa sobre una base imaginaria y simbólica que incide en la manera de ?vivir? la ciudad. Esta organización del espacio mediante su historia organiza la percepción de los diferentes barrios en una representación socio-espacial ampliamente compartida. En Mendoza puede observarse una división del espacio urbano (cada vez más desdibujada) entre una Ciudad Nueva y una Ciudad Vieja, visible a través de la literatura. La nueva traza deja en la memoria colectiva la idea de un ordenamiento moderno, que repercutió en lo social ya que implicó el desplazamiento de ciertas capas sociales hacia la periferia, estableciendo una segregación humana y social. La ciudad se erige así en un territorio simbólico y como un palimpsesto en el que pueden leerse distintos momentos de su historia, y estudiar sus representaciones literarias puede ser un instrumento eficaz para valorarla como patrimonio, re pensarla y proyectarla hacia el futuro

Representations are multiple and complex phenomena that can be studied at various levels of complexity: individual and collective, psychological and social, etc. The concept of social representation appears in sociology and is later taken up by social psychology. "There is no practice or structure that is not produced by the contradictory and conflicting representations by which individuals and groups make sense of the world that is their own" (Chartier, Roger (2005).This knowledge is constituted from our experiences, but also from the information, knowledge and thought models that we receive and transmit through tradition, education and social communication. In this way it is also socially elaborated and shared knowledge.This proposition is impregnated with certain discourses that are proposed as an object of investigation from literature, considered a mode of expression of society. From the signifiers that appear in the texts, the collective representations that constitute constitutive elements of their identity are woven - in a continuous and fragmented way. The notion of representation thus becomes a key instrument of cultural analysis.Regarding the theme of the city, urban structuring rests on an imaginary and symbolic basis that affects the way of "living" the city. This organization of space through its history organizes the perception of the different neighborhoods in a widely shared socio-spatial representation.In Mendoza, a division of the urban space (increasingly blurred) between a New City and an Old City can be observed, visible through literature. The new layout leaves in the collective memory the idea of a modern order, which had repercussions in the social sphere since it implied the displacement of certain social layers towards the periphery, establishing a human and social segregation.The city thus stands as a symbolic territory and as a palimpsest in which different moments of its history can be read, and studying its literary representations can be an effective instrument to value it as heritage, rethink it and project it towards the future.

En tiempos Clásicos y Tardo Antiguos el Mediterráneo fue el escenario del encuentro-desencuentro entre las posiciones políticas, religiosas, sociales y culturales diiversas. El escenario no era dicotómico. Los procesos históricos insertos marcaron las tensiones e intercambios de distinto tipo que dieron entidad a lazos culturales. En ese escenario, reconocemos dos espacios-ejes culturales: Oriente y Occidente. Los hombres del Mediterráneo estaban dispuestos a expresarse desde cada punto geográfico desde el que griegos primero y romanos después, difundieron sus posiciones. Hubo para ello, referentes insoslayables: los intelectuales. Estos dejaron impresos en sus textos distintos modelos que permitieron rescatar la memoria de una elite dirigente que necesitaba perpetuar las circunstancias de cada época. La trama de contactos entre Oriente y Occidente fue amplia y movilizadora. Hubo desde tiempos antiguos un fluido intercambio de erudición. Desde la antigüedad griega hasta el Tardo antiguo fluyeron ideas que rescataron a los antiguos maestros y también formas de llegar a los auditorios con visiones discursivas renovadas, ellas no alteraron el clasicismo, sino que lo nutrieron con nuevas perspectivas. Entre los siglos II y IV, dominaba una forma nueva en el discurso: la ?segunda sofística?, propia de un período que oscilaba entre momentos de paz y de ocupación de territorios por los bárbaros. En el Tardo antiguo se destacaron los intelectuales paganos y los cristianos. Ambos poseían una educación común y presentaron su posición ante las circunstancias de su tiempo. Frente a la presencia de la barbarie presentaron sus particulares interpretaciones del mundo conquistado. El orden simbólico se conservaba por una indisoluble unión de símbolos y acciones de ascendiente político-religioso en tiempos de la tardo-república y el alto-imperio. Esa Romanitas cosmológica, dueña de la ecúmene ordenadora del mundo y de los hombres, fue revisada por los intelectuales cristianos ante los difíciles tiempos vividos entre los siglos IV y V. A partir de los expuesto sostenemos que en nuestro proyecto nos interesa analizar y entender la visión transmitida en los escritos de autores del Mediterráneo Clásico y Tardo Antiguo acerca de regiones y culturas con las que tuvieron contacto. Sus reflexiones constituyeron la fuente fundamental para comprender el proceso de conformación de Europa.

During Classical and Late Ancient times, the Mediterrenean was scene of the encounter-disagreement between diverse political, religious, social and cultural positions. The setting was not dichotomous. The inserted historical processes marked tensions and exchanges of different types that gave entity to cultural ties. In this scenario, we recognize two cultural spaces-axes: East and West. The men of the Mediterranean were willing to express themselves from every geographical point from which Greeks first and Romans later spread their positions. For this, there were unavoidable referents: the intellectuals. These left printed in their texts different models that allowed to rescue the memory of a ruling elite that needed to perpetuate the circumstances of each time. The network of contacts between East and West was extensive and mobilizing. There has been since ancient times a fluid exchange of scholarship. From Greek antiquity to Late Antiquity, ideas flowed that rescued the old masters and also ways of reaching audiences with renewed discursive visions, they did not alter classicism, but nourished it with new perspectives. Between the 2nd and 4th centuries, a new form of discourse dominated: "second sophistry", typical of a period that oscillated between moments of peace and the occupation of territories by barbarians. During late antiquity, pagan and Christian intellectuals stood out. Both had a common education and presented their position in light of different circumstances of their time. Faced with the presence of barbarism, they presented their particular interpretations of the conquered world. The symbolic order was preserved by an indissoluble union of symbols and actions of political-religious ascendancy in times of the late republic and the high empire. That cosmological Romanitas, owner of the ordering ecumene of the world and of men, was revised by Christian intellectuals in the face of difficult times lived between the fourth and fifth centuries. Based on what has been exposed, we maintain that in our project we are interested in analyzing and understanding the vision transmitted in the writings of authors of Classical and Late Ancient Mediterranean about regions and cultures with which they had contact. His reflections constituted the fundamental source for understanding the process of shaping Europe.

El pensamiento político de la transición democrática argentina recupera una línea de reflexión, investigación y análisis de las condiciones para una estabilización definitiva de las instituciones liberal-democráticas, después de un período de la historia intelectual del país en la que el centro de atención estuvo dominado por los procesos de liberación nacional, el nacionalismo revolucionario, la confrontación ideológica, los imperativos de un orden autoritario y fundado en la fuerza como única respuesta posible a la puja política y la deslegitmación del orden republicano.

La finalidad de este proyecto es proseguir la relectura, iniciada en las etapas anteriores, de las crónicas españolas de los primeros siglos coloniales, atendiendo fundamentalmente a la dimensión histórica de estos textos, al contexto en el que se produjeron, como así también a su articulación material y cultural. Su análisis nos permitirá revisar la forma en que estos cronistas constituyeron el sujeto y el mundo americano desde su propia óptica mental. Las percepciones europeas del Nuevo Mundo fueron de índole variada, modificándose en el tiempo y en el espacio. No fue igual respecto de los hombres que de la fauna y flora americanas. Tampoco podemos inferir las mismas características para un período inicial de asombro, signado por el afán de hacer comprensible una realidad compleja y heterogénea, que para un momento posterior, luego de un mayor contacto con el mundo conquistado. Al poner en escena nuevamente a aquellos protagonistas y el escenario en que se desenvolvieron, este proyecto pretende enriquecer la tradicional postura maniquea respecto de la recepción y representación europea del Nuevo Mundo, al complejizar las variables de análisis sobre un objeto de estudio que requiere múltiples miradas.

The purpose of this project is to continue the rereading, begun in the previous stage, of the Spanish chronicles of the first colonial centuries, mainly addressing the historical dimension of these texts, the context in which they were produced, as well as their material articulation. and cultural. His analysis will allow us to review the way in which these chroniclers constituted the subject and the American world from their own mental perspective. The European perceptions of the New World were of a varied nature, changing in time and space. It was not the same with men as with the American fauna and flora. Nor can we infer the same characteristics for an initial period of astonishment, marked by the desire to make a complex and heterogeneous reality comprehensible, than for a later moment, after a greater contact with the conquered world. By staging those protagonists again and the scenario in which they developed, this project aims to enrich the traditional Manichean position with respect to the European reception and representation of the New World, by complexing the variables of analysis on an object of study that requires multiple views.
